Field Sales Executive – Erbil

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth across Erbil, managing outlet relationships, and ensuring the execution of marketing initiatives in the field. This role combines customer acquisition, outlet management, and data‑driven forecasting to meet volume targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve volume targets and propose new sales generation ideas.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts for the assigned area.
• Expand the outlet network through new customer acquisition while maintaining existing outlets.
• Analyze SFE KPIs, cleanse and validate sales data regularly.
• Ensure daily in‑outlet execution follows PicOS and RED criteria.
• Implement marketing initiatives and conduct regular customer visits according to the route plan.
• Monitor competitor activity and suggest counter‑measures.
• Supervise the placement and utilization of company assets such as coolers, signage, and activation material.
• Handle customer complaints within 48 hours and maintain strong relationships, focusing on the top 20 % of outlets.
• Manage advance ordering, receivables, stock, and product returns.
• Lead, motivate, train, and coach the sales team, including performance management and leave administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of functional sales experience.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional projects and sales systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally if needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Advanced English and Kurdish; Arabic is a plus.
• Openness to change, teamwork orientation, and result‑driven mindset.
