ERP Sales Executive (Field Sales)

About the role

The ERP Sales Executive will drive new business for DCT by prospecting, presenting, and closing Odoo ERP solutions across Baghdad and the wider Iraqi market. This field‑sales position requires frequent client visits, strong relationship building, and the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to companies and organizations throughout Baghdad and Iraq.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline and schedule meetings with decision‑makers.
• Deliver professional presentations and live demonstrations of Odoo ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with consultants to design proposals that meet client requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Follow up prospects through the sales cycle until contract signing.
• Record all opportunities in the company CRM and achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Preferably background in ERP, software, technology, SaaS, or B2B sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong lead‑generation and prospecting abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and travel with a valid driving license.
• Ambitious, energetic, and results‑oriented personality.
