About the role
The Project Management Office (PMO) serves as the implementation backbone for the organization’s transformation agenda. As the PMO Director, you will lead day‑to‑day oversight of strategic initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while managing inter‑dependencies and risks.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise implementation progress of all active initiatives, acting as the primary interface between the transformation function and Initiative Managers.
- Identify, monitor, and escalate initiative risks; approve mitigation measures in coordination with the Strategy Office.
- Prepare and submit periodic status reports, dashboards, and trackers to senior leadership and the Executive Committee.
- Review initiative documentation for completeness, provide guidance on PMO standards, and validate resource involvement.
- Lead and develop the Program Management and Reporting teams, coordinating portfolio‑level inter‑dependencies and scaling capacity as needed.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing large‑scale transformation or strategic programs.
- Professional project‑management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, MSP).
