Director of Sales

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Director of Sales to lead our regional sales efforts. The successful candidate will drive sales production, nurture key relationships, and ensure the delivery of qualified leads while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor sales production and adjust activities, account coverage, and priorities to meet regional goals.
• Plan, establish goals, and manage the Outbound Sales Office to generate qualified leads and service existing accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, tourism boards, airlines, and other sales information sources.
• Assess group business opportunities to maximize public space usage and achieve banqueting budgets.
• Create and manage the annual sales department budget and execute related programs.
• Identify individual business sources and allocate resources to build relationships.
• Ensure clear understanding of position requirements, goals, and performance standards.
• Review and finalize the corporate section of the month‑end sales report.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to work with standard office software.
