About the role
Zain Iraq is seeking a Direct Sales Customer Service Representative for its Kirkuk operations. The role focuses on handling daily customer requests, resolving complaints efficiently, and ensuring high satisfaction while supporting direct sales activities across Zain outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Understand and contribute to Direct Sales strategy and targets.
- Implement Direct Sales policies and procedures.
- Manage customer e‑mail inquiries and follow‑ups, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with billing and collection to reactivate accounts and keep customer data current.
- Support new outlet launches by arranging manpower, logistics, equipment, and maintenance.
- Act as quality control for Sales Representatives, reporting issues for training.
- Oversee opening and outfitting of new branches and exchange offices.
- Conduct periodic visits to existing branches for maintenance and environment checks.
- Submit daily activity reports and track performance metrics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and achievement‑driven mindset.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage information and support IT users.
- Basic sales management competencies.
