Digital Sales Senior Manager

About the role

Asiacell is looking for a Digital Sales Senior Manager to lead and expand its digital commerce ecosystem in Iraq. The role will drive revenue, customer acquisition and digital transactions across the AsiaMall e‑shop, digital recharge, eSIM sales and online payment channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital sales strategy aligned with commercial objectives and the digital transformation roadmap.
• Own revenue, transaction and customer acquisition targets for the e‑shop, digital recharge, eSIM sales and online payment channels.
• Define product assortment, merchandising, pricing and promotional strategies to maximise sales performance.
• Manage vendor onboarding, commercial agreements and performance of third‑party merchants.
• Oversee product catalog, inventory visibility and availability across all digital sales channels.
• Optimise the end‑to‑end purchase journey, improving traffic, conversion, cart abandonment and customer retention.
• Collaborate with UX, product and technology teams to deliver seamless, mobile‑first experiences and ensure high platform availability.
• Lead digital payments strategy, manage relationships with gateways, banks, wallets and fintech partners, and ensure secure, compliant transactions.
• Plan and execute the annual digital commerce calendar together with marketing, CVM and commercial teams.
• Track key KPIs, analyse data and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Digital Sales team.
