Corporate Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Corporate Customer Service Officer will serve as the primary liaison for corporate clients, handling inquiries, providing account services, and supporting the bank’s internal processes to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit periodic workflow reports to the manager.
• Follow up on open requests, update status regularly, and close them upon completion.
• Maintain and archive all documents related to corporate customer service transactions.
• Receive and act on customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Monitor internal promotional materials and ensure product brochures and marketing collateral are available.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and safeguard passwords and credentials.
• Interact directly with corporate clients via visits, phone calls, or email to respond to banking service inquiries.
• Process account opening and closing requests, preparing required documentation.
• Handle applications for credit and debit card issuance and forward documents to the relevant department.
• Process cheque book requests and other routine banking service requests.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for dealing with corporate clients.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Proactive attitude in following up and resolving client requests.
• Familiarity with banking procedures and documentation standards.
