About the role
The Commercial Officer will support commercial operations at Mustawfy's Mosul branch, ensuring product availability and maintaining strong supplier relationships. This full‑time position works closely with finance and warehouse teams to keep the supply chain running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and guarantee product availability.
- Prepare, issue and follow up on purchase orders.
- Analyze prices, offers and commercial terms.
- Inspect and verify product quality.
- Coordinate daily activities with Finance and Warehouse departments.
Required profile
- Strong communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Effective negotiation skills with suppliers.
- Analytical, detail‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure.
