Channel Sales Manager – Iraq

About the role

TP-Link is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to drive customer development and achieve sales targets for its networking and CCTV solutions in Baghdad, Iraq. The role focuses on building strong relationships with local resellers, installers and channel partners, promoting TP-Link’s product portfolio and gathering market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow channel customers in the assigned region.
• Achieve assigned sales and ST targets.
• Identify and onboard new resellers, VIP partners, installers and CCTV channel customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits, collect feedback and report market trends.
• Promote TP-Link product lines including Tapo, VIGI, Omada, Deco, Wi‑Fi 6/7 routers, switches and related solutions.
• Monitor orders, sell‑out, stock levels, rebates and promotional activities.
• Support local training sessions, workshops and channel events.
• Gather competitor information on key customers, hot‑selling models, pricing and channel policies.
• Maintain a customer tracker and provide weekly progress reports.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of sales experience in IT, networking, CCTV or related channel business.
• Familiarity with local IT/CCTV channel landscape and existing customer resources is a plus.
• Strong ownership of sales targets and ability to develop new business.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
• Fluent in Arabic and French; English preferred.
• Result‑driven, proactive and able to work under pressure.
