Channel Marketing Specialist – CCC Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist (CCC Lead) to join our Channel Communications team in Baghdad. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key partners, planning and executing digital campaigns, and ensuring strategic alignment across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage one‑to‑one relationships with major partners, aligning on quarterly and long‑term marketing plans.
• Lead the planning, creative development, and on‑time delivery of brand and partner‑led communications, including product launches and campaign extensions.
• Apply data‑driven techniques such as ROI analysis, A/B testing, and CRM insights to optimise partner marketing activities.
• Oversee the quarterly budget process, from planning through execution and performance analysis, in collaboration with sales and finance.
• Educate partners on brand guidelines, asset usage, and product launch communication standards.
• Present marketing plans and results to senior leadership and partner organisations to secure budgets and evaluate performance.
• Support partners in CRM optimisation and develop comprehensive media strategies, including ad placement negotiations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the IT services or technology solutions sector.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage partner relationships and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in ROI analysis, A/B testing, and KPI tracking.
• Excellent presentation skills and confidence engaging C‑level stakeholders.
