Cash Collection & Credit Control Officer

About the role

Ezma Holding is looking for a motivated Cash Collection & Credit Control Officer to join its Finance team. You will play a key part in managing customer receivables, ensuring timely collections, and supporting healthy cash flow across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone, visit, and written correspondence to collect overdue payments and meet collection targets.
• Monitor accounts‑receivable aging reports, prioritize high‑risk accounts, and enforce approved credit limits.
• Reconcile customer accounts, resolve payment discrepancies with the accounting team, and issue reminders, statements, and collection notices.
• Collaborate with Sales on payment status and credit approvals, and maintain accurate collection records in SAP and internal systems.
• Escalate long‑overdue or high‑risk accounts, recommend actions, and prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Support credit evaluations and periodic customer credit‑limit reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and Kurdish; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and target‑driven.

Required skills

• SAP Business One or similar ERP system.
