Brand & Product Manager

About the role

The Brand & Product Manager will be responsible for driving performance, positioning and profitability of assigned home‑appliance brands. You will develop and execute brand strategies, manage pricing, product lifecycle and in‑store execution to meet sales and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company objectives and ensure strong positioning across all retail channels.
• Conduct benchmarking and market analysis, monitor trends, customer preferences and competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
• Design pricing strategies, manage product costing, margins and profitability, and ensure pricing consistency across channels.
• Oversee PSI (purchase‑sales‑inventory) planning, coordinate with supply‑chain and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze sales trends, set and monitor sales targets, and work closely with sales teams to drive sell‑out.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ATL/BTL activities and evaluate their ROI.
• Maintain an annual brand marketing calendar, coordinate product listings for offline and online channels, and manage brand collateral.
• Prepare product training materials and support new product introductions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand or product management, preferably within the home‑appliance or consumer‑goods sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams such as sales, supply chain and marketing.
• Result‑oriented attitude with a focus on achieving sales and margin objectives.
