B2B Sales Executive – Medical Apparel

About the role

Pulse Zone, Iraq’s leading medical apparel retailer, is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to expand its corporate client network across the healthcare sector in Baghdad and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, beauty centres, laboratories and pharmaceutical companies, driving growth for a fast‑expanding brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities within the healthcare market.
• Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing clients.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach and other business‑development activities.
• Present Pulse Zone’s product range and corporate solutions, prepare quotations and negotiate commercial offers.
• Close sales, achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers.
• Collaborate with warehouse, customer service and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Record all activities in the company CRM and submit regular sales reports with market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or retail.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and well‑organized.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid driving licence preferred and willingness to travel within Baghdad and nearby areas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
