B2B Sales Executive – Field Sales

About the role

Caraten, a B2B e‑commerce platform, is expanding its network across Iraq and seeks motivated sales professionals to introduce wholesalers and manufacturers to its digital marketplace. As a B2B Sales Executive you will travel to client sites, demonstrate the platform’s value, and guide new partners through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Visit wholesalers, manufacturers and distributors in your assigned city to present Caraten’s platform.
• Identify and approach new potential business partners through field visits.
• Explain platform benefits, negotiate terms and close onboarding agreements.
• Guide new clients through the onboarding and setup process.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads, follow up consistently and report activity to the sales manager.
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisition.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field or B2B sales, preferably with wholesalers, manufacturers or e‑commerce.
• Fluent in Kurdish and Arabic; English is a plus for the Erbil zone.
• Comfortable with daily field visits and traveling to client locations.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license; own vehicle preferred.
• Based in or willing to work in Baghdad or Erbil.
