Architect / Civil Engineer – Site Operations & Finishing Works

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Architect / Civil Engineer to support site operations, monitor progress, and ensure high‑quality execution of finishing works. The selected candidate will undergo a two‑week training and evaluation period, after which the top performer will be offered a full‑time position.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure alignment with project execution plans.
• Follow up with subcontractors, labor teams, and suppliers to maintain workflow continuity.
• Coordinate material deliveries, verify quantities, and ensure proper storage and usage on site.
• Ensure safety measures and site cleanliness according to company standards.
• Supervise and monitor finishing works such as painting, tiling, carpentry, ceilings, MEP finishing, and related activities.
• Check workmanship quality against approved drawings and specifications; report defects and ensure corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed daily progress reports covering tasks, issues, material status, and next steps.
• Document site activities with photos, checklists, and logs; assist in weekly summaries for management review.
• Track task status and ensure timely completion based on the project timeline.
• Assist the CEO and management with on‑site requirements, inspections, and coordination.
• Notify management of potential delays, challenges, or resource shortages.
• Support creation and resolution of punch lists.
• Participate in site inspections with management, clients, or consultants.
• Maintain effective communication among labor, supervisors, suppliers, and management.
• Assist in scheduling tasks and coordinating work sequences.

Required profile

• Strong field presence with the ability to work on‑site daily.

• Proactive attitude with keen attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and finishing schedules.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting tools.
• Understanding of architectural and civil engineering principles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and finishing schedules.
