Affiliate Account Manager

About the role

Aristocrat is seeking an Affiliate Account Manager to drive the success of its affiliate marketing initiatives. You will act as the primary liaison between Aristocrat and its affiliate partners, ensuring that campaigns align with the company’s marketing strategy and deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support affiliates, aligning their performance with Aristocrat’s marketing goals.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans, including media and digital mixes.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
• Manage the marketing budget, track expenditures, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high‑potential new affiliates.
• Research industry trends and attend events to expand the affiliate network.
• Negotiate commercial terms with new and existing affiliates.
• Maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance and campaigns.
• Track key metrics, report findings, and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, preventing fraud.
• Contribute to the development of marketing and measurement tools.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, recruitment, and performance optimization.
• Willingness to work flexible hours across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and independent judgment.
