Account Manager – Dental Sales

About the role

Shining 3D Dental is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to drive the adoption of its digital dentistry solutions across the region. You will be responsible for expanding the sales network, building strong distributor relationships, and promoting a complete suite of dental digital workflow products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the distribution network for dental digital products, ensuring sales targets are met.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors to ensure effective collaboration.
• Acquire deep product knowledge to represent and support the portfolio effectively.
• Collect and analyse market and industry intelligence to shape sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities such as roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of key opinion leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proactive, self‑driven, and action‑oriented with strong market development and account management abilities.
• Goal‑focused with a high achievement orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish.
• Experience in the medical, dental or clinical industry is strongly preferred.
