Water Injection Team Leader

About the role

The Water Injection Team Leader is responsible for managing and optimizing water injection workflows across the reservoir, ensuring alignment with Oilfield Development Plans and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize overall water injection workflows.
• Coordinate daily team work allocation and review technical deliverables.
• Lead top‑level water injection strategy optimization based on FDP requirements and actual reservoir performance.
• Approve annual, quarterly and monthly water injection targets, work programs and key technical proposals.
• Lead reservoir and water injection research and cross‑disciplinary coordination.
• Ensure full HSE compliance of all team water injection activities.

Required profile

• More than 15 years of proven experience in Oilfield Development Plan (FDP) and project management.
• At least 10 years of experience in integrated water‑flooding reservoir management.
• Overall experience range of 15–20 years in oilfield operations.
