Strategic Portfolio Manager

About the role

Julphar is seeking a Strategic Portfolio Manager to lead the direction and optimisation of its product portfolio. You will work within the Portfolio Strategy team, collaborating closely with commercial managers and cross‑functional partners to align the portfolio with long‑term business goals and market dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement long‑term portfolio plans that support overall business objectives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and performance data to adjust the portfolio proactively.
• Define country‑specific product strategies and manage the lifecycle of key products in critical disease areas.
• Lead high‑impact projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Communicate portfolio performance and updates to executive stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering collaboration.

Required profile

• Experience in portfolio strategy, product management or related strategic roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
