Senior Sales Representative

About the role

Ziyut Al Adaa is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Senior Sales Representative to join its team in Erbil. The role is critical for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships and expanding market presence while working closely with the sales team and management to develop strategies and deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Client acquisition & retention: prospect new clients through cold calls, visits and indoor sales, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Provide product knowledge & technical guidance on Cyclon, TotalEnergies and Klüber lubricants, offering tailored recommendations.
• Maintain and update the customer database, register new clients and ensure accurate data in ERP and CRM systems.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, manage cash receipts and invoices, and ensure timely follow‑up with clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years proven field sales experience with a focus on new‑business development.
• College diploma required.
• Fluent English and native Kurdish; high‑level Arabic is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid commercial driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region.
