Senior Programme Manager – Durable Solutions & DDRR

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead the Durable Solutions and DDRR coordination within its Iraq Country Office. The role supports the Government of Iraq and affected communities in addressing displacement, return, rehabilitation, reintegration and longer‑term solutions for conflict‑affected populations. Key responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the Peace, Recovery and Solutions portfolio, with a focus on return, rehabilitation, reintegration and durable solutions for displaced persons.
• Coordinate activities that bridge humanitarian, stabilization, peacebuilding and development approaches, ensuring sustainability and government ownership.
• Collaborate with governmental, intergovernmental and non‑governmental partners to design and deliver effective migration and displacement solutions.
• Strengthen systems and processes to enhance programme impact and efficiency.

Required profile

• First‑tier or second‑tier candidates as defined by IOM, with priority given to qualified female applicants and candidates from non‑represented IOM Member States.
• Relevant experience in programme management related to migration, displacement, return or post‑conflict recovery.
