Senior Facilities Management Manager

About the role

The Senior Facilities Management Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational delivery aspects of assigned service contracts, departments or geographical areas. The role ensures efficient, professional management of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and civil engineering works to meet client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control all service activities, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and civil engineering works.
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams (cleaning, maintenance, grounds, security) to achieve high productivity.
• Develop and implement yearly preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance and ensure quality of work.
• Implement security, emergency preparedness and workplace safety procedures.
• Manage service contracts, budgets and cost‑effectiveness.
• Conduct regular facilities inspections and document findings.
• Drive business development and expand the client portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong project management, problem‑solving, communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in GCC markets is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and service contracts.
• Capability to develop preventive maintenance programs and ensure safety compliance.

Required skills

• SAP (functional) knowledge.
• ERP systems proficiency.
