Security Manager

About the role

The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing all security operations within the organization. This includes developing policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring a safe environment for employees, customers, and visitors. The role also involves coordinating with law‑enforcement and emergency services to address incidents promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enforce security policies, procedures and protocols.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Supervise security personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with law‑enforcement agencies, emergency responders and other stakeholders.
• Manage security technologies such as surveillance systems, access‑control systems and alarms.
• Monitor and analyse security data, incident reports and surveillance footage.
• Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies and incidents.
• Develop and implement crisis‑management plans and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of overall working experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Operation of surveillance cameras and monitoring systems.
• Management of alarm and access‑control technologies.
• Conducting security risk assessments and audits.
