About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to promote our freight forwarding and logistics services in Baghdad. The role involves building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to company growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote the company's freight forwarding and logistics services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Residency in Baghdad.
