Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive growth, increase market share and meet revenue targets. Working closely with the sales team, the manager will create compelling content, evaluate campaigns and act as a strategic business partner.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sales and marketing plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, analyse trends and monitor competitor activity.
• Set sales targets, support and motivate the sales team to achieve them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Plan, launch and oversee branding, promotional and marketing campaigns.
• Measure campaign performance, adjust tactics and report results to management.
• Conduct market research to capture customer needs and industry developments.
• Track sales and marketing metrics, prepare management reports and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 7‑10 years of experience in medical sales and marketing, including P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing initiatives.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
