Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical Products

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of sales activities for our pharmaceutical portfolio. You will work closely with senior management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and drive growth across targeted healthcare professionals and pharmacy buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales business plans, prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
• Maintain advanced product knowledge and apply effective selling techniques to influence healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical buyers, and pharmacists.
• Consult with new and existing customers to understand product needs and expand support for the product portfolio.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high service levels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and maintain a sales history database.
• Design and launch lifecycle maintenance campaigns, including market research, sales analytics, and mitigation actions.
• Manage the sales team’s work plan, set individual targets, and motivate staff to achieve departmental objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 4–8 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in multinational environments is preferred.
