Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Alhasani Home Center is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join its HR team in Baghdad. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building talent pipelines, and enhancing the employer brand across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Draft job ads and select optimal channels to attract top talent.
• Coordinate internal mobility, promotions and transfers.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and structured face‑to‑face interviews.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire.
• Facilitate offer presentation, negotiation and onboarding.
• Represent the company at job fairs and career events to strengthen employer branding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of local labor market trends and legislation.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Use of professional networking tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
