Quality Manager

About the role

The BLiSS Quality Manager is responsible for implementing, overseeing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Baghdad Life Support Services contract, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, U.S. Government regulations, and CTIPs requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and improve the QMS in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards and contractual requirements.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and performance reviews across multiple BLiSS sites.
• Lead CTIPs compliance program, including training, monitoring, and reporting of violations.
• Serve as primary liaison between PMO, DOS representatives, site leadership, and Quality Inspectors.
• Prepare for and support DOS quality inspections, independent audits, and customer reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of quality management experience in government contracting, preferably OCONUS or contingency operations.
• Ability to work in high‑security, multicultural environments and obtain a USG MRPT or Secret clearance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Required skills

• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of FAR 52.222‑50 and DOS CTIPs compliance requirements.
• Experience with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Audit planning and execution expertise.
