Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will be based in Iraq supporting the LOGCAP contract. Reporting to the PMO Quality Senior Manager, you will lead a Total Quality Management System that anticipates issues, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance across the area of responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001:2015.
• Lead program‑level quality surveillance, audits, and corrective action plans for third‑party non‑conformances.
• Coordinate with functional managers, Government Contract Officer Representatives (CORs) and Quality Assurance Representatives (QARs) to resolve issues.
• Review and approve work‑center plans, SOPs, IOPs and work instructions for compliance.
• Monitor QA audit findings, drive corrective actions, and ensure closure of non‑conformities.
• Handle customer complaints, implement preventive measures, and schedule VOC reviews.
• Collaborate with technical sections to define KPIs that measure Performance Work Statement (PWS) compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a DoD environment, including at least 7 years in quality roles and 5 years in leadership/management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification (required).
• Six Sigma Black Belt (strongly desired) and PMP certification (strongly desired).
• Familiarity with DMAIC principles.
