Project Coordinator

About the role

To support the Project Management Office (PMO) in ensuring effective governance, standardization, and performance tracking across all projects by maintaining accurate project data, facilitating coordination, and providing timely and reliable reporting to support informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project adherence to PMO standards, methodologies and reporting frameworks, and ensure compliance with approved processes and documentation.
• Maintain and update project trackers, schedules, deliverables and milestones, and prepare weekly and monthly project reports for management.
• Identify deviations, flag risks, delays or inconsistencies, and escalate significant issues to the PMO Manager.
• Coordinate between project managers and internal execution units, facilitate cross‑department communication, and follow up on action items to ensure closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communication Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role within a project‑driven environment.
• Project management certification (e.g., CAPM) is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using project tracking and reporting tools such as Click Up, MS Project, Jira, and Google Sheets.
• Data analysis and KPI reporting, including basic dashboard creation (Power BI optional).
• Knowledge of project scheduling basics (WBS, timelines) and risk & issue tracking.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies (PMI, Agile basics).
