About the role
The National Program Officer will support IOM Iraq’s integrated Rehabilitation, Reconciliation, and Reintegration (RRR) and Durable Solutions (DS) programme. Reporting to the Head of the Peace, Recovery and Solutions Division and directly supervised by the Programme Officer (Return and Reintegration), the role ensures effective implementation of projects across the country.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the overall implementation of RRR and DS initiatives and projects, managing financial, administrative and technical components in line with IOM policies, procedures and donor requirements.
- Provide operational guidance and technical supervision to RRR‑DS staff throughout Iraq, assisting with programme delivery.
Required profile
- Works under the overall supervision of the Head, Peace, Recovery and Solutions Division and the direct supervision of the Programme Officer (Return and Reintegration).
- Ability to coordinate financial, administrative and technical aspects of humanitarian programmes in accordance with IOM standards.
