Merchandiser - Beauty

About the role

The Merchandiser is responsible for the replenishment of goods and the implementation of displays on stands according to brand guidelines. The role ensures product availability, optimal shelf presentation, and supports sales through effective merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Perform shelf replenishment to avoid shortages at client locations.
• Implement and monitor pre‑assigned displays as per the yearly contract to boost product visibility and sales.
• Monitor shelf prices, product positioning, damaged or expired items to maintain a positive brand image.
• Apply marketing tools such as shelf talkers, danglers, wobblers, and shelf inserts to increase product knowledge.
• Execute in‑store marketing activities like promo areas, pyramids, and gondola end‑caps to meet sales objectives.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports with field photos and competitor promotion tracking to support benchmarking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of relevant experience; experience in beauty is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
