Marketing & Sales Executive – Software Solutions

About the role

Awrosoft is seeking an energetic and results‑driven Marketing & Sales Executive to promote its software portfolio, including Hevra ERP and Hevra Business Lite. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, converting business opportunities into sales, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, professional networks and business visits.
• Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products and arrange presentations and demos with the technical team.
• Manage the sales cycle: follow‑up prospects, prepare quotations, negotiate within approved terms and close deals.
• Support demand generation by creating product‑focused campaigns, promotional content and attending exhibitions.
• Coordinate handover to the implementation team, maintain post‑sale contact and identify upsell opportunities.
• Keep CRM records up‑to‑date, provide regular progress reports and work towards agreed sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing or business development; software sales experience is a plus.
• Interest in technology with the ability to learn software products and explain their business value.
• Proactive, organized, confident in approaching new customers and attending meetings.
• Fluent in Kurdish and Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
