About the role

The Main Chef will lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring high‑quality food preparation and presentation while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. This role combines menu development, staff management, and customer interaction to deliver a consistent dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a diverse menu that aligns with brand and customer preferences.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, plating, and ensure consistency and quality.
• Manage kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and performance support.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, control budget, and minimize waste.
• Ensure timely service and address customer feedback to maintain satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a chef in a fast‑food or similar high‑volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, team‑management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
