Junior Community Management Officer

About the role

The Junior Community Management Officer supports the Community Management Officer in nurturing and expanding NASS AL‑Iraq Holding Group’s online communities. This entry‑level position focuses on daily monitoring, basic engagement, content posting, and reporting to ensure a positive brand presence across social media and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all social media platforms and digital channels for messages, comments, mentions, and tags.
• Respond to basic inquiries and comments under guidance, and flag potential issues for escalation.
• Engage with followers, encourage participation in polls, contests, and challenges.
• Assist in scheduling, posting, and updating content according to the content calendar.
• Track basic engagement metrics and prepare daily/weekly activity summaries.
• Support campaign activations, collect feedback, and document successful engagement practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in social media management, digital engagement, or customer service.
• Good written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, and Snapchat.
• Basic ability to use analytics tools to interpret audience behavior.
