About the role
As a Housekeeping Attendant you will ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, following hotel policies and procedures while delivering professional and friendly service.
Key responsibilities
- Receive work assignments, keys and supplies, and sign the key log accurately.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms: vacuum, dust, make beds, wash bathrooms, replenish supplies, and polish fixtures.
- Keep corridors, service pantries and service areas tidy.
- Report maintenance issues and defects promptly.
- Attend to guest calls, requests and complaints in the assigned area.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a five‑star hotel housekeeping role.
- Effective communication skills in English and a pleasant personality.
- Energetic, flexible, able to handle pressure and follow health and safety procedures.
Required skills
- Knowledge of health and safety and emergency procedures.
