Growth Manager

About the role

The Growth Manager leads the Growth function at RTB, overseeing a dedicated team and a pipeline of high‑impact initiatives that drive commercial performance, customer outcomes and market position. The role combines strategic problem identification with hands‑on execution, guiding projects from validation through to institutionalisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Growth team, including Growth Leads and a PMO specialist.
• Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of growth opportunities across the bank.
• Personally drive selected high‑impact initiatives, translating research and data into clear problem statements, hypotheses and business cases.
• Prioritise projects based on commercial impact, feasibility, risk and scalability, and assign work to team members.
• Guide initiatives through the full operating model: identify, investigate, validate, pilot, measure, implement and hand over.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams spanning Retail, Corporate Banking, Digital, Operations, Product, Finance, IT, Risk and Compliance.
• Develop controlled pilots, define success criteria and ensure evidence from pilots informs future decisions.
• Support implementation until initiatives become stable, then oversee formal handover and monitor sustained impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, strategy, marketing, finance, engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of experience in growth, strategy, business development, transformation, consulting or commercial management.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives from analysis to implementation.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience developing business cases, evaluating opportunities and measuring impact.
• Excellent stakeholder influence skills without relying solely on direct authority.
• Experience managing or coaching teams is strongly preferred.
• Banking or financial‑services experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
