Graphic Designer – Marketing & Technical Visuals

About the role

The Graphic Designer role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Baghdad Governorate, Iraq. You will create visual concepts and designs for marketing materials, digital assets, presentations and company documentation that align with Blue Flag’s brand and technical services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop graphics and layouts for marketing materials, digital assets, presentations and company documentation.
• Design logos and visual identities, preparing materials for both print and digital channels, including multilingual adaptations.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales and marketing teams to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and update existing designs as services and projects evolve.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design skills with ability to create professional visuals for technical and commercial content.
• Experience in logo design, branding and developing cohesive visual identity systems.
• Proficiency in typography and layout to ensure readability and visual hierarchy.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with the energy, engineering or industrial sectors is an advantage.
