Financial & Accounting Manager

About the role

Under broad direction, you will lead finance and accounting functions for a defined geographic or divisional business area, overseeing multiple departments and projects. The role includes managing recruitment, training, and development of finance personnel while providing financial reporting and analysis to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial data and internal controls.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and annual plan preparation across the business area.
• Prepare and present financial reports, business analysis, and trend interpretations to senior operations and finance leaders.
• Manage balance‑sheet items such as inventory, accounts receivable, and property.
• Ensure statutory reporting complies with accounting principles and government regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in accounting, finance or business; professional certification or advanced degree preferred.
• Eight (8) years of progressive experience in finance, accounting and management within support services.
• Demonstrated leadership, performance management and cultural awareness gained through diverse finance roles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience using Hyperion.
• Familiarity with contract management applications.
