Female Dormitory Supervisor - Onsite

About the role

The Female Dormitory Supervisor is responsible for the safe, hygienic and culturally appropriate management of female accommodation on a remote oil and gas site. Reporting to the FM Manager/Deputy, the role ensures compliance with KBR policies, HSE standards and client requirements while providing a supportive living environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the female dormitory, including room allocation, occupancy monitoring and resident movements.
• Supervise housekeeping staff, monitor performance, attendance and compliance with HSE requirements.
• Act as the primary welfare contact for female residents, enforce dormitory rules, address complaints and maintain a harassment‑free environment.
• Ensure dormitory compliance with HSE management procedures, conduct routine inspections and participate in emergency response actions.
• Coordinate with Site Security to control access, respecting privacy and cultural sensitivities.
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy, incidents and complaints; prepare and submit required reports.

Required profile

• High School Certificate or equivalent; hospitality, facilities management or administration certification preferred.
• Awareness of HSE practices such as fire safety and first aid (advantage).
• Ability to work on a rotation schedule at a remote site.
