Commissioning Site Lead

About the role

The Commissioning Site Lead (CSL) is the senior commissioning representative on site for a debottlenecking project covering Central Processing Facility, flowlines and pipelines. The role ensures safe, compliant and efficient commissioning delivery in a complex brownfield and SIMOPS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on‑site commissioning activities across CPF, flowlines and pipeline scopes.
• Manage local commissioning teams, including discipline leads, supervisors and technicians.
• Ensure execution follows OPERCOM methodology, project procedures and specifications.
• Drive systemisation, punch‑list clearance and readiness status.
• Coordinate planning, technical decisions, issue resolution and risk mitigation with remote engineering leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas.
• At least 5 years on TotalEnergies commissioning projects (mandatory).
• Experience in on‑shore, brownfield/debottlenecking environments, preferably in high‑risk locations such as Iraq.

Required skills

• OPERCOM methodology.
• System completion tools and processes (SCDB / ICAPS).
• On‑site commissioning of CPF, flowlines and pipelines.
