Arabic to English Translator for AI Training

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Arabic‑English translator to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both languages, create realistic conversation scenarios, and assess their performance to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress by conducting bilingual conversations and recording results.
• Generate novel dialogue scripts to teach bots appropriate responses.
• Evaluate the correctness, logic, and overall performance of AI‑generated content.

Required profile

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Preferably pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.
