About the role
The teller will perform daily cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing professional customer service. The role ensures compliance with the bank’s policies, AML/KYC requirements, and Central Bank of Iraq instructions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily cash deposits and withdrawals accurately.
- Process customer transactions through the banking system.
- Check customer documents and transaction details before processing.
- Maintain the assigned cash balance within approved limits.
- Balance and reconcile cash at the end of the day and report any differences.
- Provide customers with professional and efficient service.
- Follow the bank’s policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
