Site IT Manager

About the role

The Site IT Manager will lead all IT activities that support office and field operations in the Kurdistan region, ensuring technology services are reliable, secure, and continuously available.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure, networks, OT, field communications, mobility, cyber security, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
• Act as the primary IT liaison with operations, maintenance, HSE, engineering, and third‑party vendors.
• Execute IT strategy, including design, deployment, operations, incident response, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee IT staff, contractors, budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
• Develop and implement IT policies, processes, and controls.
• Maintain service levels, backup, disaster recovery, and security of all IT environments.
• Manage daily IT operations such as servers, networks, CCTV, access control, radio, PAGA, and telephony.
• Produce technical specifications, RFPs, evaluate vendors, and lead IT projects from planning to commissioning.
• Coordinate incident response and forensic investigations for cyber security events.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in managing IT teams and contractors.
• Strong understanding of corporate IT policies, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
