Senior Programme Manager (Durable Solutions and DDRR Coordinator)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead the Durable Solutions and Disarmament, Demobilisation, Repatriation and Reintegration (DDRR) portfolio in Iraq. The role supports the Government of Iraq and affected communities in addressing displacement, return, social fragmentation and post‑conflict recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the Durable Solutions and DDRR components of the multi‑year Peace, Recovery and Solutions portfolio.
• Work closely with governmental, inter‑governmental and non‑governmental partners to design and deliver programmes that promote humane and orderly migration.
• Monitor programme performance, ensure compliance with IOM policies and UN standards, and report on outcomes.
• Facilitate the integration of humanitarian, stabilization, peacebuilding and development approaches.

Required profile

• Professional Grade P‑4 or equivalent senior‑level experience in programme management.
• Demonstrated experience in migration, displacement, or post‑conflict recovery contexts.
• Ability to work in a protracted transition environment and engage with diverse stakeholders.
