About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our perfume and fragrance sales team in Baghdad. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on driving sales performance across both retail and wholesale channels.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Oversee daily sales operations and develop growth strategies.
- Provide training, coaching and ongoing support to sales personnel.
- Analyse sales data, monitor trends and report performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high service standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement plans and achieve organisational goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics or FMCG.
- Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
