Payment Operations Specialist – Remote

About the role

The Payment Operations Specialist ensures smooth processing of player deposits and withdrawals while performing rigorous fraud checks. Working remotely, you will act as the first line of defense against fraudulent activity, safeguarding both players and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve player withdrawal requests according to internal rules.
• Process manual deposits and withdrawals.
• Correct player balances and resolve transaction anomalies.
• Monitor player behavior and transaction history, conducting fraud and risk assessments.
• Handle incidents related to payments and fraud promptly.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, Arabic and Kurdish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• 1‑2 years of experience in payment operations, fraud monitoring or a related field (preferred).
