IT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an on‑site IT Specialist to join Baghdad Mall’s technology team. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and networks that support the mall’s retail and entertainment services.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain hardware and software across the mall’s infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and resolve hardware, software and network issues promptly.
• Provide user support and training to staff, handling tickets and troubleshooting requests.
• Manage security measures, data protection tools and software updates.
• Collaborate with vendors to procure and implement technology solutions.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA or Microsoft Certified are a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities, with a collaborative on‑site work style.
