Finance Support Officer

About the role

Toters is seeking a reliable Finance Support Officer to implement control over commercial and operation activities and understand their impact on financials. You will provide essential support to the commercial and operations teams in a fast‑growing e‑commerce and delivery startup.

Key responsibilities

• Handle calls, emails and WhatsApp chats related to stores.
• Provide support services for the commercial team.
• Compile financial data from internal portals such as statements of accounts, credit notes and debit notes.
• Front‑line support for accounts, fixing and responding to cases.
• Raise cases to Account Managers and the Finance department.
• Maintain account reports and company dashboards.
• Extract data from internal tools and convert it into structured reports.
• Ensure all activities are properly documented.
• Assist merchants with account status issues and other relevant problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in management, accounting or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of finance and strong analytical skills.
• Detail‑oriented with problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Arabic and Kurdish.
