Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Finance and Accounting functions for Noor Al‑Nibras in Baghdad. The role involves overseeing financial planning, reporting, and controls while supporting senior management with strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounting team, ensuring accurate monthly and annual closings.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow, and financial planning activities.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses.
• Monitor revenues, expenses, profitability and maintain internal financial controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict financial deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or other accounting systems.
